I am so happy to offer virtual classes for Level I and Beginner Yoga Students. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and I am a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher, also certified in meditation, mindfulness and chakra healing. My classes are based on the motto, BeyondEgo, where every age, every type of person feels happy about themselves and is so excited to become a part of the BeyondYoga Community that I’m building to find peace and strength.

Sign up for a class and stay weekly! That’s my goal! That we expand into a community centered in health, wellbeing, strength, inner-power, confidence, flexibility and agility at any age and body type.

60 Min classes begin promptly and end on time. Well, maybe sometimes 5 mins longer due to a powerful shavasana. You are asked to arrive up to 3 mins early, prepared with your mat, any props and ready to go. Classes take the form of a beginning warmup, vinyasa sequence followed by a cool down. Due to the nature of the Level 1 Beginner Yoga Practitioner, you will walk away with lots to love and learn in a slow, healthy, patient pace.

Classes enthusiastically include a mix of chakra healing, mudra, yoga philosophy, breathwork and pranayama, spiritual growth, empowerment and de-stressing.

Yoga is for everyone. However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. The practice of yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and movement exercises require you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. Honor your body. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. Whilst one may feel exertion, one should not feel pain.

The techniques and suggestions presented in Elizabeth’s live stream classes are not intended to substitute for proper medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

Elizabeth is certified in yoga but prefers not to train or teach pre-natal classes. If you are pregnant, kindly choose a yoga instructor that specializes in pre-natal yoga.
