**On January 3rd, my life was saved while I watched my partner lovingly fly to heaven. After hearing the loud roar of a double-engine speed boat, everything changed, and today, silent integrity sets in.

I have experienced trauma, spinal injuries, and PTSD, but my spirituality saves me daily.
